The following information provides the layout and design requirements to design a customized smartOne Prepaid Gift Card*.
Card Art
For a customized smartOne Prepaid Gift Card, submit artwork following the requirements listed below, or have one of our graphic designers assist you in the creation of your card design by calling 1-866-778-4985. Please allow up to 10 business days for your customized Prepaid Card art to be reviewed.
Graphic Image Requirements
| Program/Format: | Photoshop PSD (EPS, TIFF and JPEG acceptable/no Mac formats please) |
| Resolution: | 300 DPI |
| Image Size: | Width 3.50", Height 2.24" |
| Card Size: | Width 3.31", Height 2.12" |
| Graphical Layout: | Leave image in layers (do not flatten image) or provide logos and images with a transparent background. |
| Miscellaneous: | Please allow room for the required debit and association logo in the lower right hand corner. |
Custom Carrier Specs
The following information provides some of the requirements necessary to layout and design your customized smartOne Card Carrier*.
Layout
| Total Size: | 11" x 17" paper size, four 8.5" x 11" individual pages |
| Perforations: | 1 vertical at 8.5", 2 horizontal at 3.5" and 7.5" |
| Custom Area: | 8.5" x 11" - Page 1, see below for restrictions |
Copy, Text and Images
All submitted copy and graphics can only be printed in black and white.

| Graphical Layout: | Leave image in layers. Do not flatten image and do not rasterize text layers. (fonts may need to be submitted). |

Restrictions:
Page One:
Page One has space restrictions for account, mailing and important cardholder information. These sections are required to be blank for production purposes. Do not put any copy or graphic information in the gray sections. Please see example below:
